First, to the reviewer who mentioned that the H350 didn’t fit very well, it’s not just your ear. It didn’t fit me right either. Second, maybe I got a bad one, but the audio quality was very poor (both for me and the person on the other end). In fact, when I called T-Mobile to complain about the headset, they couldn’t hear me very well either. I think a boom would work better. I’m junking this baby and trading up.

I received this item as a gift. The ear hook is difficult to adjust to change from right ear to left ear. In fact the plastic on the hinge broke when I tried to adjust it in the first fifteen minutes that I had it. Like other reviewers have mentioned, it does not fit very snugly on the ear. Finally, I was excited about this model because I thought it would work well with my Motorola phone. After one day of use, I could never get my phone to retain the connection, even after going through the setup steps again. I opted for the Plantronics 330 instead and have been very satisfied–fits snugly, easy to adjust, and sends a strong signal.Plantronics Explorer 330 Easy-To-Use Bluetooth® Headset for all Bluetooth Enabled Phones

It’s comfortable. Sometimes I don’t no I have it on. Clear reception. Once in awhile it will slip off,but no big deal. I’m very satisfied.

There are good things to say about the H350. It is light and simple to use. I liked the flat ear piece and found the ear attachment loop to be convenient.
However, it simply doesn’t hold a charge long enough to make it worth purchasing in my opinion. I can’t rate it more than a 2. I also have the Plantronics Voyager 510 in the car and it is well worth the extra money. The last thing about the Motorola H350 is that the lack of a boom makes it just a little inconvenient for people to hear me.
It isn’t a horrible product, but limited battery power is enough to make me return this.

Was a great earbud while it lasted. My kids got ahold of this and thought it was a toy. Easy to use and comfortable to wear.
